Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager

Southern States Insurance is looking for a COMMERCIAL LINES ASSISTANT ACCOUNT MANAGER who thrives in a client-centric environment.

An Assistant Account Manager plays a fundamental role in supporting our Commercial Lines Account Managers and Producers. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, processing policies and endorsements, pulling information from our carriers' online portals and filing documents in Applied Systems Epic.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Processing policies and endorsements
• Provide existing clients with certificates of insurance
• Handle cancellation and reinstatement notices
• Obtaining information from our carriers' online portals
• Filing direct bill statements and claim notices in Applied Systems Epic

SKILLS

• Must have an active P&C Insurance License
• Applied Systems Epic experience preferred
• Good organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
