Job Requirements
The Pharmacist will have the following requirements:
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
Completion of a clinical pharmacy residency or fellowship accredited by the American Society of Health System Pharmacists or American College of Clinical Pharmacy
Documentation of appropriate education, training, and/or CME in the practice of clinical pharmacy
Minimum of 6 months experience withint the past 12 months as a hospital pharmacist or outpatient pharmacist
