Client Support - Associate

Job Description

RemX is seeking a Client Support - Associate in the Wixom, MI area!

Responsibilities:

• Provide basic technical support to Company's Clients
• Troubleshoot application issues, basic diagnosing of desktop/laptop software problems
• Identify, manage, escalate, and resolve technical issues
• Install and configure software, print drivers, utilities, etc. to be utilized on workstations, tablets, and computer networks
• Troubleshoot all information technology issues, including software, hardware, and networking
• Monitor installed systems, identify problems, and take corrective action
  
  

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Bachelor Degree preferred
• 1 - 3 years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1 - 3 years of customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and commit to a flexible work schedule
• Very strong user and support of Microsoft Office 365
• Very strong user and support of Microsoft Windows 10 & 11
• Preferred experience: Logmein or other remote control software, Tandem AS/400 support, AOVPN, FortiClient
