Mphasis is currently seeking a talented Client Partner to come on board to be responsible for the successfully selling and negotiating complex business relationships into one of Mphasis’ client in the Insurance space This also involves managing relationships with key executives based in US.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities: -

  • This role the Client Partner will lead sales engagements, selling solutions to address complex requirements. Sell Mphasis strategic outsourcing that includes primarily application services and some infrastructure and technology solutions.
  • This also includes lead generation and identification of new opportunities within this specific client engagement past relationships and references towards lead generation
  • Identification and ownership; validation and qualification of those opportunities through the solution-driven processes.
  • Relationships at CXO levels, demonstrate Mphasis’ value, build and execute sales plans for the above mentioned strategic ‘must-win’ accounts.
  • To engages clients in strategic discussions on their business processes and objectives, evaluate the application of technology to innovate and to solve business problems
  • Creating Proposals/RFX responses/Proposal Presentations/Site-visits/MSA/SOWs and convincing clients of the solution need. Deals and achieving revenue targets at target margins.
  • Revenue targets and ensuring on-track achievement with a focus on margin protection.
  • Client satisfaction by collaborating with delivery, resource management and service to exceed customer expectations.
  • The customer relationship, participate in complex solutions, establish financial and pricing strategies, which meet the client's business objectives while meeting Mphasis’ business model, and lead the Mphasis team to successfully close the opportunity.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of the customers business, organization, culture and the compelling reasons to act and manage the third-party consultant relationship (if applicable).


Desired Profile: -

  • A client partner profile with minimum 18 years of Experience in managing 15-20mn deals in Outsourced IT services in the US region
  • Exhibit exceptional business insight, show executive/boardroom presence and outstanding judgment.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, “get-the-job-done” attitude, professionalism, team-player
  • Creative enough to devise and articulate a unique and compelling value proposition, so that customer decision-makers clearly grasp the short and long-term business and financial value of a relationship with Mphasis
  • Ability to build active relationship selling across Mphasis’ internal organization, delivery, consulting, senior management, practice-units, external vendors/partners, third-party advisors etc.
