The Americas team at Xceedance is looking for a Client Partner to join our Personal Lines practice. This is a highly visible role on our team with responsibility for owning client relationships with insurance carriers, brokers, MGAs, and residual markets. For each assigned relationship, the Client Partner manages ongoing engagement, service delivery, growth, and profitability.

This Client Partner will be instrumental to our success as we continue to grow as an elite provider in the Personal Lines market.


What you’ll be responsible for:


  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at each client, understanding their needs and striving to be a trusted advisor
  • Manage the successful delivery of services to each client by understanding both client expectations and Xceedance capabilities
  • Develop expertise across Xceedance domains and strategize with clients for ways to provide additional services
  • Use knowledge of the market and competition to position Xceedance for growth and identify new opportunities
  • Serve as an ambassador and thought leader for Xceedance at industry events and in select publications
  • Partner with the Americas leadership team on budgeting and business review throughout the year
  • Client Partner owns all elements of service delivery, including:
  • Quality, profitability, and growth across assigned portfolio
  • Collaboration with Business Development and Solutioning teammates to seamlessly onboard new clients
  • Coordination and leadership of ongoing governance sessions with clients and Xceedance delivery teams
  • Use of various tools to gather and act on ongoing client feedback
  • Serving as the lead point of contact on all client escalations
  • Overseeing all transactional matters related to contracting and invoicing and enlisting stakeholders as needed to stay ahead of challenges


What we look for:


Our team brings various insurance, technology, and consulting backgrounds to the Client Partner role, including Operations, Underwriting, Claims, IT, Sales, Finance, and Product Management.

For this role we are seeking highly communicative self-starters with a proven track record and expertise related to Personal Lines. Some of the characteristics we’re looking for include:


  • 5+ years of experience in personal lines insurance operations, project management, underwriting, claims, relationship management, or a related field
  • Reliable professional with the ability to develop trusting relationships with a diverse, global group of colleagues, customers, prospects, and partners
  • Demonstrated experience managing business-to-business engagements, including sales, negotiations, and managing difficult conversations
  • Practical understanding of insurance company, broker, and/or MGA operations
  • Track record of engaging and communicating effectively with decision makers
  • Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communications
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and travel as needed, up to 25% of the time, including internationally
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and an agile mindset – embraces change and growth as opportunities
  • Ability to innovate and implement creative business solutions for growth and development


Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s/MBA degree or a combination of education and equivalent experience
  • Industry designations, such as CPCU
  • Personal lines acumen
  • Insurance technology acumen
