The Client Partner plays a crucial role in maintaining and growing relationships with clients of the Company. Responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and facilitating communication between client and the company. Responsible for managing portfolio of diverse client accounts, acting as the main point of contact, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client objectives.

Job Description:

  • At least 8 – 10 yrs. of experience as Client Partner, with proven expertise in managing client relationships strategically.
  • Expertise in building and nurturing long-term relationship with clients.
  • Strong customer centric mindset and ability to build and maintain strong collaborative and effective relationships internally and externally.
  • Proven expertise in identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services with existing clients.
  • Expertise in developing new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Proven experience in serving as the lead point of contact for all client account management and ensure existing business stays and keeps growing Q-on-Q.
  • Developing & implementing client retention strategies to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing etc., for ensuring seamless client experiences.
  • Proven expertise in monitoring and analysing client data and performance metrics.
  • Ability to manage client feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Experience in negotiating contracts and close agreements faster to maximize profits.
  • Experience in forecasting and tracking key account Business and metrics, providing reports on account expansion status.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral & written), interpersonal skills, relationship building skills, problem solving skills are a must.

Qualifications:

Master’s / bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.

Strong problem-solving, relationship building skills and negotiation skills.

Customer focused mindset, Goal-oriented and results-driven.
