Enchanted Fairies is a national Magical Fine Art Portrait organization, setting a new standard in the photography industry, on a mission to create beautiful portraits for families of their children that will be treasured for a lifetime!

Additionally, we are centered on our mission to create a massive impact for children nationwide, both in strengthening children’s self-confidence and in donating to charities that work ground-zero to fight hunger, trafficking, and to provide human enrichment experiences to children with life-altering conditions.

ROLE:

We are in search of individuals with the exceptional talent to swiftly establish connections by comprehending our guests' needs. A professional adept at orchestrating a luxurious and magical journey, starting from the moment guests step into our Enchanted Fairies studio session.

In the realm of opulence and enchantment, our illustrious Photographers wield their craft to seize the enchanting moments, weaving them into captivating imagery that exudes luxury and magic.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Artfully orchestrate the precise poses and lighting to showcase children in their most enchanting light.
• Extend a warm and magical welcome to clients embarking on their extraordinary journey.
• Elevate Enchanted Fairies to the realm of legend, ensuring our esteemed guests are captivated from the moment they step foot in our studio.
• Skillfully capture, preserve, and present photos, orchestrating enchanting premieres for our cherished clients.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and ambiance throughout the photo studio, dressing rooms, and reception area, ensuring each guest enjoys a consistently delightful experience.
• Safeguard the integrity of our dresses and costumes by meticulously storing them after each session, preserving their enchanting allure.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of our magical experiences, embodying their essence in every interaction.
• Strategically navigate challenges with finesse, ensuring our magic continues to dazzle and delight.
• Embrace collaboration and constructive feedback, synergizing with colleagues to fulfill our shared vision of enchantment and luxury.

REQUIREMENTS:

• While prior photography experience is a benefit, it's not a prerequisite; a willingness to dive into the realms of imagery and fantasy is all that's required.
• Prior experience with enchanting children of all ages, particularly infants, toddlers, and elementary school students whether as a teacher, photographer, or any number of career fields.
• Equipped with a minimum of a High School diploma or GED, a grounding of oneself in the foundations of knowledge and excellence.
• All employees must pass a background check, ensuring only the most reputable and trustworthy candidates join our magical team.
• Possess a vibrant, high-energy persona coupled with a profound emotional intelligence to weave spells of joy and wonder.
• Embrace the enchantment of weekends, as our magical experiences extend beyond the confines of ordinary schedules (i.e. 8:45am – 6pm or 9:45am to 7pm, Wednesdays through Sundays).
• Impeccable attention to detail, ensuring each moment is meticulously crafted with the precision of a sorcerer's incantation.
• Command the powers of communication, both written and spoken, to enchant and captivate our guests with every interaction.
