Overview:

Headquartered in Maryland, United States, Serigor Inc. is a customer-centric transformational global IT solutions and services partner. We are a small to medium size system integrator company based in Maryland, providing solutions in areas like cyber, cloud, database, and networking. We are looking for a CTO who can lead our technology vision, strategy, and execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong technological background, preferably as an architect in the past, and prior experience in the service industry. The CTO will work closely with the sales team, the customers, and the delivery team to ensure the quality and satisfaction of our services. The CTO will also be responsible for developing new practice areas, from infancy stage to a full-blown service, and driving innovation and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the technology vision, strategy, and roadmap for the company.
• Oversee the design, development, and delivery of technology solutions that meet the customer expectations and challenges.
• Ensure the alignment of technology solutions with the business goals and objectives.
• Manage and mentor the technology team, including architects, engineers, and consultants.
• Establish and maintain technology standards, best practices, and policies.
• Identify and evaluate new technologies, trends, and opportunities for the company.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support the sales process and provide technical expertise.
• Build and maintain relationships with the customers, partners, and vendors.
• Manage the technology budget and resources.
• Deep knowledge of modern technologies
• Exceptionally strong and developing solutions for the clients and presenting it to client s affective manner.
• Ability to develop the practice or assigned line of business.
• Must possess business acumen to partner with sales and presales steam.
• Ability to precisely convey complex technical thoughts, and business propositions to the team and the clients.
• Must be able to partner with senior architects and discuss and present complex solutions.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in the technology field, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering technology solutions in areas like cyber, cloud, database, and networking.
• Strong knowledge of the service industry, with a deep understanding of the customer expectations and challenges.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
