Chief of Staff - $325k OTE, $250k Base
An Enterprise Security SaaS Company is looking for a highly skilled and strategic Chief of Staff. They have been voted one of the 10 hottest SaaS start-ups in NYC multiple times, and one of the World's Most Innovative Companies!
You will work with the CEO and Executive team, driving key initiatives and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
The Chief of Staff will:
- Streamline Operational Cadence: Drive alignment, Accountability, Coordination across Teams and Executives
- Strategic Planning: Oversee strategic planning processes and align company-wide objectives. Executive from ideation to implementation.
- Streamline Communications: Create board updates, meetings, pitch desks.
- Operationalize processes: Develop repeatable processes and improve best practices
The Chief of Staff is:
- Highly organisational and Heavily Tactical, with a strong sense of urgency
- Data-Driven
- Executive Presence
- Familiar with the Enterprise SaaS space e.g. Rule of 40, Magic Number...
- Low ego
