Job Overview
As the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), you will report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and collaborate closely with our leadership team to improve patient care quality and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities

Patient-Centered Care: Lead initiatives within our primary care network to enhance patient focus.
Data-Driven Approaches: Implement strategies to review resource utilization and measure care outcomes.
Strategic Initiatives: Drive projects for clinical, service, and financial outcomes.
Leadership Advocacy: Represent medical staff perspectives and relay administrative viewpoints.

MD or DO degree with completed residency training
