Job Overview

As the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), you will report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and collaborate closely with our leadership team to improve patient care quality and effectiveness. Your role involves building relationships with our medical staff, recruiting talent, and driving clinical transformation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Improvement and Clinical Effectiveness: Provide leadership and expertise in enhancing care quality.

Team Development: Support the growth of our medical team, including physicians and residents.

Collaboration: Work with administration to optimize care processes and patient satisfaction.

Patient-Centered Care: Lead initiatives within our primary care network to enhance patient focus.

Data-Driven Approaches: Implement strategies to review resource utilization and measure care outcomes.

Strategic Initiatives: Drive projects for clinical, service, and financial outcomes.

Leadership Advocacy: Represent medical staff perspectives and relay administrative viewpoints.

Physician Development: Mentor and cultivate physician leadership within the organization.
