Chief Medical Officer

Loud Solutions is representing a Seed stage BioTech business in Philadelphia who are looking for an experienced CMO. Our customer is an Oncology based BioTech who have secured funding for a large period of growth.

This is a critical leadership position responsible for the entire Clinical and Medical department of the organization. Candidates will need a strong background in early stage Biotech with hands on Scientific responsibilities. The primary responsibilities will be to help navigate the business through IND, FDA, pre-clinical into clinical stage.

Candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing protocols and clinical programs from Pre to Post IND. Responsibilities will be split across; Short and long term strategic support, clinical and medical protocol design, quality assurance, regulatory review, scientific lead during fundraising, FDA and IND management.

***Ideal candidates will have experience with Seed or Series-A stage venture funding and experience in peptide synthesis***

• Lead medical department from Pre to Post IND

Qualifications

• 20+ years experience or experience managing multiple early stage assets
• 10+ years experience as lead medical director or CMO
• Experience with peptide synthesis
