As the Chief Innovation Officer, you will lead their innovation initiatives, exploring new trends, technologies, and methodologies to enhance their services and deliver exceptional results to their clients. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop and implement innovative solutions that differentiate them in the market and drive business growth.
The Role:
Lead strategic initiatives in creative, digital marketing, and paid media.
Serve as a C-level advisor to the global operating committee, focusing on innovation and AI integration.
Foster an innovation mindset within the organization.
Identify and execute growth-driving products for existing and new business opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate:
15+ years of experience in communications.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong networking skills and connections within the industry.
Comfortable working collaboratively and in a fast-paced environment.
Highly skilled in leading others and problem-solving effectively.
Position title: Chief Innovation Officer
Location: NYC
Salary: $275,000 - $325,000 depending on experience.
