Chief Financial Officer/Treasurer

Due to a well-deserved retirement, the Allen County Public Library is looking for their next Chief Financial Officer/Treasurer. This position serves on the Senior Leadership team under the direction of the Executive Director. This position plans, organizes, and administers the Library's financial and accounting activities including the self-insurance program, provides financial and accounting services for the Library Foundation and ACPL Building Corporation, as well as managing and providing guidance for other library support areas.

We are aiming for this person to begin in August or September and work with the current CFO through the end of the calendar year.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a closely related field but Master's degree is preferred AND
- Five (5) years of professional accounting/finance administration experience
- Experience for government and/or non-profit organizations a plus
- CPA or CGFM certification preferred
- Valid Driver's License
- Compensation expected to be $110K - $130K depending on experience
