Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Piper Maddox has been retained by a groundbreaking business in the CleanTech industry on a Chief Financial Officer search.

Our client is looking for an executive finance leader to drive strategic investment, fuel growth, and support the overall success of this organizations goals. The business itself is a Post-Series D innnovator in the Climate Tech industry, creating renewable products and sustainable chemicals. With plans to scale fruther manufacturing operations, and approach a public offering in the next ~3+ years - this CFO role will be one of the most critical and engaging of its type across the sector.

The position:

• Full scale Project Level financing of manufacturing assets
• Strategic planning and execution - focus in financial strategy development and implementation
• Massive responsibility for future IPO Fundraising
• Investor Relations
• Critical Budgeting and Forecasting

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in leadership roles at high growth production/manufacturing companies
• Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills
• Executive (or reporting to) experience of at least 3+ years
• Proven track record in Venture Capital & Strategic Investment environments
• Bachelors Degree; MBA, CFA, CPA preferred
