Your Role
Reporting hierarchically to the Business Unit CEO and functionally to the Corporate CFO, you will be responsible for making strategic decisions to ensure the growth and profitability of the region.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Analysis of new investment projects and their financing.
• Performing control activities, financial analysis, taxation, general and cost accounting, and treasury.
• Analyzing all financial information for the region and monthly reporting in IFRS to Corporate.
• Cost control and project profitability calculation.
• Preparation of regional dashboard.
• Preparation and monitoring of the annual budget, Forecast, and Latest Estimate.
• Ad-hoc reports, risk and opportunity detection, deviations, and areas for business improvement.
• Supervision and responsibility for the Annual Accounts.
• Responsibility for regional external audit.
• Establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with financial institutions, auditors, etc.
• Insurance area.
• Ensuring legal compliance with tax and financial obligations.
• Organizing the department towards continuous process improvement to maximize efficiency and optimize necessary resources.
• Management, development, and motivation of the team.
Your Profile
• Higher education in Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
• Holding an MBA will be positively valued.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance departments where the last 3-4 years have been spent in CFO positions.
• Availability to travel.
• Strategic vision.
• Leadership and team coordination skills.
• High level of communication and negotiation.
• Relational and teamwork skills.
