In this pivotal role, you'll wear multiple hats - appraiser, team leader, and business developer - as you establish the foundation for a thriving commercial practice.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for launching our commercial appraisal department.
Conduct meticulous appraisals for a diverse range of commercial property types.
Stay abreast of market trends and valuation methodologies specific to commercial real estate.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and secure new commercial appraisal business.
Cultivate and nurture client relationships while delivering exceptional customer service.
Recruit and mentor a team of commercial appraisers as the department expands.
Qualifications
State-certified Certified General Appraiser (CGA) designation.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate appraisal.
Demonstrated success in completing complex commercial valuations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively.
