Case Manager (Sacramento)
A Bright Future inc. specializes in providing individuals with disabilities the necessary support they need to live in their own home. We are looking to hire experienced CSF's for our Sacramento location.
Description:
Under the supervision of the Program Director, the CSF (Community Support Facilitator) assumes responsibility for operations of organization and assure agreed upon delivery of support services.
Qualifications:
Education:
B.A in Psychology or related filed (M.A. preferred) or 4 years experience in the field of Developmental Disabilities.
Experience:
2+ years of direct support experience with people with behavior challenges, medical involvement or psychiatric diagnosis, and forensic involvement.
1+ year of experience coordinating services for people with developmental disabilities.
1+ year experience in Supervisory position preferred.
