As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional service, and promoting our products and services. Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution.
Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, schedule appointments, or conduct surveys.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
Input customer data and update records in the company's database.
Meet or exceed individual and team targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction.
Follow company policies and procedures for call handling and quality assurance.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems efficiently.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
