Position Summary: Assist assured compliance with Airline Reporting Corporation (ARC) agreements and departmental objectives. Oversees daily operations of Bethel TMC.

Position Qualifications

Minimum Education

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum Experience

  • One (1) year full-time airline ticketing using an airline computer reservations system, and two (2) years management experience preferred.
  • Be able to type 45wpm
  • 10 key by touch
  • Working knowledge of GDS/Apollo preferred

License, Certification, Registration

  • Complete and Pass State of Alaska HIPPA course
  • Valid State of Alaska Driver’s License
  • 1st Aide/CPR certification or be certifiable within 12 months of hire
  • Medical Terminology within (9) months of hire
  • Excel Certified within (9) months of hire

Equipment/Tools

  • Basic office equipment.

Specialized Knowledge and Skills

  • Be able to work in a fast paced office independently
  • Be able to multi-task between different computer programs, retaining different passwords as needed.
  • Must be able to complete a variety of tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload, and meet reporting and completion deadlines with attention to detail.
  • This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels. Must have excellent analytical, organization, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
  • Ability to make decisions in a timely manner independently on limited but adequate information.
