THE ROLE

As the Business Systems Analyst, you will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve systems issues to maximize the benefits of IT systems. You will also have the opportunity to focus on the administration of our NetSuite environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Assist in the deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing applications.
• Meet with decision makers, system owners, and end users to define business requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve business systems issues.
• Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
• Create system design proposals.
• Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems.
  
  

WHAT YOU BRING

• Extensive experience with core software applications, including NetSuite, Adobe Products, & Bill.com.
• Working knowledge of network and PC operating systems.
• Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.
• Excellent understanding of how systems can help meet an organization's goals and objectives.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate across all levels and departments.
• Experience proposing and implementing process improvements to drive efficiencies.
  
  

YOUR BACKGROUND

• 3+ years of experience supporting and administering NetSuite.
• Proficiency in functional business areas such as financials, supply chain, operations, or reporting.
• Project experience including implementations, upgrades, and deployments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working the CPG/Beverage industry (a plus)
  
  

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Minimal travel across the United States.
• Some lifting and transporting of moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals.
• Willingness to work outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business demands.
• The ability to sit, stand, walk, and type for long periods of time.

COMPENSATION: Our comprehensive compensation package plays a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $70,000 - $90,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
