Business System Analyst
- Design and implement impactful business visualizations, dashboards, and reports to deliver consumer insights.
- Able to develop dashboards and reports using Looker studio
- Experience using API to extract data from SaaS applications or using Open API to integrate Legal Hold applications with other in-house applications.
- Experience in JSON files to extract data
- Experience in configuring/supporting Legal Hold applications. Prefer Disco Legal Hold experience.
- Participate in legal technology projects (for example, designing digital workflows, wiki pages, and legislative visualization tools);
- Utilize data analytics to assess legal department performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Iteratively deliver business intelligence solutions as part of a collaborative team made up of members from several financial, operational, data, and analytics disciplines.
- Develop complex queries, views, and stored procedures to support business intelligence visualizations.
- Design and implement Atlassian solutions (Jira Service Management, Jira Software, Jira Work Management, Confluence) tailored to the specific needs of manufacturing and quality management processes.
- Configure and customize Jira products to automate processes, improve efficiency, and enhance user experience for all stakeholders involved in quality management.
- Support multiple sites with Jira and Jira Service Management including creating complex Jira workflows, project setup and workflows, layout, field configurations, screen schemes, permission schemes, notification schemes, custom fields, automation, agile boards, and dashboard configuration
- Gather requirements for business processes and determine ways to optimize and improve Jira/Confluence setup and workflows and identify where functionality needs to improve to meet user requests; propose Jira add-ons and plugins to enhance productivity, then follow through according to our processes to install, test, and roll-out
- Experience in working on Agile/Scrum teams.
- Experience in managing confluence pages
- Prefer someone with a Legal technology background.
