Empower Sleep provides sleep care online using continuous sleep vitals to unlock optimal health. We’re on a mission to make good-quality sleep accessible to everyone.

With a strong focus on outcomes and integrative medicine, our platform aims to ensure health and wellness improvements for every member. Our vertically-integrated platform supports members through the full care journey, from in-home sleep testing and digital diagnosis with sleep physicians to treatment delivery and ongoing care. Empower Sleep provides world-class sleep care without the hassle of the traditional healthcare systems (which can take > 3 months).

We’re founded by a team of world-class sleep physicians, engineers, and operators. Now, we are growing our Business Operations team and looking for a passionate, data-driven individual to help drive growth & optimization.

About the role

You’ll be joining as an early employee, working alongside our founders Sagar Chopra (ex-Uber ops), Dr. Sahil Chopra MD (Sleep Medicine @ Harvard), and Maksim Golivkin (Early Uber & Instacart engineer). You’ll develop and scale operational processes that improve the user experience and internal operations. This role calls for a rare combination of analytical thinking & inter-personal ability to manage multiple aspects of the business.

What you’ll do

• Develop & Execute Processes. Lead a portfolio of strategic projects, from concept to completion, ensuring they align with the company’s mission and growth objectives. Projects may range from launching new product features and hiring to strategic partnerships and growth
• Analytics. Utilize internal data to understand behaviors and areas for improvement for the member experience
• Product Improvement. Pro-actively search for bugs or new features which could improve the user experience
• Member Support. Manage the day-to-day questions of our members to create magical healthcare experiences
• Hustle. Take ownership and do whatever it takes to ideate, plan, organize and execute protocols that get the job done
• Sleep Well. Encourage yourself & others to get good sleep and live a healthy & happy life :)

• Proven track record as someone who can effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, startup environment
