We are currently seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Intelligence Intern to join our team. This is an opportunity for those who are passionate about using data to solve business challenges and make a tangible impact on our operations.
During your internship, you will work closely with our experienced BI professionals and stakeholders across various departments to understand their data needs and deliver a comprehensive BI dashboard by the end of your internship. This dashboard will serve as a critical tool for decision-making processes throughout the company.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements for BI reporting and analytics.
Assist in the design and development of BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using BI tools and technologies.
Conduct data analysis to extract meaningful insights and identify trends that support business decisions.
Work on a capstone project to deliver a BI dashboard that addresses a key business challenge, to be presented to the company at the end of the internship.
Minimum Requirements
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program
You are majoring in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Core understanding of statistics and its application in business analysis.
Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.
Reliably commute to the Sweetgreen Support Center in Los Angeles
Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, ThoughtSpot) is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex data sets.
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
A keen learner with a strong interest in business intelligence and data analytics.

Starting salary range based on experience
$25—$25 USD
