We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) in US Staffing. They must be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and managing the sales process. The role requires a combination of sales, business development, and account management skills, and requires a deep understanding of the US staffing industry and the needs of clients.

The following are some of the key responsibilities of a BDM in US Staffing:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities: This involves researching and identifying potential clients, generating leads, and making initial contact with prospects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients: The BDM is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, and for understanding their needs and requirements.
  • Manage the sales process: This involves negotiating contracts, closing deals, and ensuring that clients are satisfied with the services provided.
  • Manage a team target and can generate good revenue.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies: The BDM will work with the senior management team to develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: The BDM will work closely with internal teams, such as recruitment, operations, and finance, to ensure that clients' needs are met and that the company's services are delivered effectively.
