Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager. The BDM will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and expanding our customer base. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the success and growth of our company in the corrugated packaging industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and potential clients for corrugated packaging solutions.
  2. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored packaging solutions.
  4. Proactively prospect and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other business development activities.
  5. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for expansion.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, design, and production, to develop innovative packaging solutions that meet client requirements.
  7. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
  8. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to maximize profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to inform business strategies and decision-making.


Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles, within the packaging industry.
  • Strong understanding of corrugated packaging products, materials, and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, industry partners, and internal stakeholders.

Willingness to travel as needed.
