As a Summer Intern in our Sales Department, you will be working with leaders on our Business Development Team. All interns will be a part of a 10-week program within our Sales team. This program is designed to identify future leaders of NinjaTrader. The development program will offer valuable industry and functional insight. You will have the opportunity to have a mentor and learn from senior leadership at the Company. Example projects could include assisting in maintaining sales records, reports, and documentation in CRM systems, gathering feedback and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and working closely with other departments, such as Marketing and Client Services, to coordinate efforts and ensure a seamless client experience.
In this position, you will:

In this position, you will:
- Manage and/or participating on cross function teams
- Assist with the brands long term vision and planning process
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities
- Evaluate brand performance & develop plans for improvement
- Collaborate with the sales team on sales campaigns and promotions
- Efficiently and accurate manage CRM data in Salesforce
- Lead generation and outreach
- Review cases and inquiries
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, or other related fields of study with relevant coursework or experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Superior leadership abilities
- Strong business acumen, communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated to achieve desired goals and objectives
- Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills to solve complex business problems
- Must also be able to work effectively in a team environment, and ability to handle multiple tasks with ease
- Must be detail and results oriented with a proven track record of success
