Join our team as the Business Development Intern.

As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in helping to drive the growth and success of neuro42. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing, and maintaining relationships with potential clients and patient groups, and assisting in the creation and implementation of strategies to expand our market presence. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with various teams, contribute innovative ideas, and make a significant impact on the company's growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential near term business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Analyze market data to uncover insights and identify areas for growth and expansion.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and market dynamics.

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Identify and qualify leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, social media, and online research.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and expand the company's customer base.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities.

Relationship Building:

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with clients / partners to understand their needs, address inquiries, and support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to client engagement.

Proposal Development and Presentation:

  • Assist in the development of proposals, presentations, and sales collateral to effectively communicate the company's value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to showcase our products/services.

Sales Support and Strategy:

  • Support sales efforts and sales process, including lead qualification, opportunity tracking, and follow-up activities.
  • Provide input into the development of sales strategies, pricing models, and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends is a plus.
