Business Development Associate (remote)

The Business Development Associate (BDA) is a key role. Successful BDAs are able to effectively communicate with C-Level people, navigate Saleforce CRM, and maintain high levels of outbound activity while working remotely.
Responsibilities: • Identify new business opportunities • Ensure that all business development activities are coordinated and executed in a timely manner • Utilize software to track leads • Set appointments almost exclusively via outbound calls • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity metrics ensuring that all business development activities are coordinated and executed in a timely manner • Maintain relationships with existing clients
Qualifications: • Minimum of 1 year inside sales experience • Excellent organizational skills • Experience in business-to-business sales • Strong work ethic and consistent sales activity • Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written • Experience working in Salesforce CRM a plus • Basic skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Internet navigation and research
