Role Description

This is a full-time Business Consultant role at CoAdvantage. As a Business Consultant, you will be responsible for providing consulting services to clients, analyzing their HR practices, and making recommendations for improvement. You will collaborate with clients to develop and implement tailored HR strategies and solutions. This is a hybrid role, where you will be located in the New York City Metropolitan Area but will have flexibility for some remote work.


Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze HR practices and identify areas for improvement
  • Experience in consulting, particularly in management consulting
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of finance and its impact on HR practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
  • Experience with HR software and systems is beneficial
