Job Title: Business Analyst (with Financial domain experience)

Work Location: Edison, NJ / Remote

Job Description:

• This requirement is for a finance BA who can assist with Predictive Forecast for Commercial.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience working in finance operations for finance analytics, finance planning and analysis.
• Candidate needs to understand the drivers of the forecast i.e., GWP and the drivers of the forecast rate, coverage, inflation, forex, new business etc. and be able to write the user stories and the rules.
• Co-ordinate and build collaborative relationships within the business unit to enable the business to effectively manage the performance of the clients across the region.
• Specifically liaising with Actuarial, underwriting and claims.
• Proactively identify and implement initiatives that positively impact the business unit from a growth and profitability perspective.
• Help to develop predictive account models, recommend improvements, and provide support to team in their creation.
• Create plans and forecasts, closely working with finance team to ensure premium is monitored and production variances understood.
