LMC is working exclusively with a leading technology supplier, best known for their premium Building Automation Systems (BAS), HVAC Controls, and Smart Building Tech with expertise across energy management. Due to growth, and significant market demand, they're expanding.

This role is for a new branch in Denver, Colorado, you'll be instrumental in managing customer relationships and driving sales growth for existing customer accounts in the market whilst overseeing day-to-day branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing
• Supervise personnel, and manage facility maintenance and coordination.
• Ensuring compliance with all company operational processes and procedures
• Handle inside and counter sales, process orders, and RMAs, provide technical expertise, and build relationships with customers.
• Assist with organizing branch events, support training classes, and provide product and sales training.

Requirements

• Experience in HVAC, Temperature Control, or Building Automation Systems
• Mechanical and electrical background is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build long term relationships with customers and internal employees
• Excellent time and project management skills with strong attention to detail
