We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure discrepancies are resolved.
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely payments to employees.
  • Handle tax filings and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Provide general administrative support to the management team.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are easily accessible.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
  • Utilize Global Shop Solutions ERP system for various bookkeeping and administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
