Asst Coach - Men's Soccer

Responsibilities

About the Opportunity

Assist with coaching strategies to maintain a highly competitive Division I soccer program; develop training drills; liaison with marketing and promotions staff, operational services staff, equipment manager and compliance officer on behalf of soccer; coordinate pre-season housing and meals; assist with all recruiting visits; evaluate, visit and recommend prospective student-athletes for the program; assist with fund-raising activities and complete other administrative duties as assigned by the head coach.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required. One to two years of coaching experience preferably with a Division I program. Collegiate or international playing experiences preferred. Thorough knowledge of recruiting practices and NCAA regulations required. Previous experience with budgeting procedures, strong communication skills and good management skills required. Traveling with team and working evenings as well as weekends is required.
