Super Free Games is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our Product Team. In this role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to unleash your creativity by designing exciting features for top-tier mobile games, orchestrating sales and events for a global audience of millions, mastering the art of data analytics, and significantly contributing to shaping the future of our innovative company. We are looking for a passionate and goal-oriented Associate Product Manager to help us develop product features and make data-driven decisions that enhance user experience and drive the success of our flagship games. Our ideal candidate would also possess a deep passion for casual mobile games and a strong interest determination in optimizing revenue opportunities.


THE JOB (RESPONSIBILITIES)

  • Collaborate with all game stakeholders (Product Managers, Game designers, UA, UI/UX) to oversee the development and implementation of new game features;
  • Support the Senior PMs in defining and executing Live-Ops strategy: new content and features releases, in-game events to maximize the game’s potential;
  • Identify trackers, metrics, and dashboards to measure the performance of the game and its individual features;
  • Propose A/B tests, ensure their correct implementation, analyze and present key findings;
  • Monitor and report on game performance metrics, and analyze data to identify issues and opportunities to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.


YOU (SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Game Design, or a related field is preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in product management or game design, preferably in the mobile gaming or tech industry;
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in product data-driven decision-making, proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, and a keen attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate;
  • Comfortable communicating and collaborating with individuals at all levels of the organization;
  • Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of mobile game mechanics and monetization strategies;
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


NICE TO HAVES

  • Game design, art, or programming skills.


COMPENSATION

$83,925 - $123,090 for candidates in CA. Salary is commensurate with experience.
