About the Client:
Metric Search is proud to partner with a leading company in the elevator and life-safety industries. The group has doubled in size over the past 5 years and investing extensively into their US business. They have roughly 400 employees and expanding globally.
This position is open due to growth.
About the Role:
As an Associate Product Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and deciding the direction of a key product line for the US business. You will partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
The ideal candidate will have an engineering background and looking to transition into product management or on this path already. You will be reporting into the Sr. Product Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Define the strategic direction of a key product line
- Conduct market analysis to understand the strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning of competing products
- Define product requirements
- Product line rationalization
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of sales experience
- B.S. degree or equivalent
