About The Role

Above Lending is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our team. As an Associate Product Manager, you will be responsible for the customer experience, employee experience, and business KPIs for your product area.You will work closely with the engineering team, operations team, strategy team, as well as the executive team to drive the product roadmap and deliver innovative solutions to our customers and employees. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a passion for fintech and a desire to learn and grow within the organization.

You Will

  • Define and prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes
  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure timely delivery of product releases
  • Partner with the operations team to streamline operations, improve KPIs, and replace manual solutions with automation
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and business growth
  • Listen to agent calls to validate product assumptions and iterate solutions
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of product documentation, including user guides and release notes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, strategy, and analytics to ensure successful product launches and changes
  • Ensure that products meet regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to optimize business performance and user experience

What We Look For

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, human-computer interaction, mathematics, statistics, physics, engineering, or similar (quantitative)
  • If you do not know SQL, you will be expected to learn quickly on the job
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear and concise messaging
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
