WHAT WE'LL NEED

The Associate Brand Manager, International will be a key player on the marketing team with a dedicated focus on our supercharged international business. This person will be an integral part of

Wingstop’s growth with a focus on new market entry support and global brand cohesion. Our ideal candidate will be highly collaborative team player, who is an energetic relationship builder with an emphasis on the details. We’re looking for someone that is hungry to their core, and eager to dive right in and immerse themselves in the brand. Specifically, we need someone who:


  • Support the brand and field marketing teams with building a cohesive brand through global initiatives, content creation, reinforcing brand standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships across cross-functional teams to share best practices and consult on key projects.
  • Partner with consumer insights team and external agencies to develop stimuli for consumer market testing.
  • Organize and maintain key project details such as creative assets, timelines, budgets and deadlines.
  • Serve as steward of Wingstop brand equity and creative/visual identity system, applying guidelines to all marketing materials with the ability to articulate feedback to cross-functional team members and brand partners.
  • Own asset management across all international markets building out a comprehensive tool housing global creative.
  • Build the connective tissue between domestic & international marketing teams to enforce a global mindset and establish Wingstop as a global brand.
  • Support the development and execution of global- and market-specific PR strategies and campaigns.
  • Be the keeper of international social channels, serving as the expert on account creation, high-level reporting, and best practices.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the marketplace and competitive landscape as well as cultural, design, and business trends.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, or related field.
  • 2+ years of marketing experience, with interest in understanding international landscape.
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 30%.
  • Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bilingual communication is a plus.
  • International experience is a plus.
  • Must be able to work across various international time zones.
