What You’ll Do
The Analyst, Retailer Performance Marketing will play a key role in driving growth and maximizing return on investment (ROI) through data-driven strategies and tactics. You will be responsible for analyzing campaign performance, identifying optimization opportunities, and implementing strategies to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) across various digital marketing channels.

What You’ll Do
The Analyst, Retailer Performance Marketing will play a key role in driving growth and maximizing return on investment (ROI) through data-driven strategies and tactics. You will be responsible for analyzing campaign performance, identifying optimization opportunities, and implementing strategies to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) across various digital marketing channels.
- Track actualized and projected campaign spend monthly and partner with internal finance partners on system entry.
- Log campaign performance into internal advertising performance tracking tools.
- Utilize analytics platforms and tools to track and measure KPIs such as conversion rates, click-through rates (CTR), return on ad spend (ROAS), and lifetime value (LTV).
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights in data to inform strategic decision-making and campaign optimization.
- In conjunction with Managers of Search and Display advertising, analyze performance data and prepare weekly brand-level campaign performance reporting.
- Coordinate asset adaptation for Search and Display campaigns across cross-functional teams including marketing and creative develop and gain alignment on integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and analytics.
- Proficiency in digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Data Studio is a plus.
