Miller International, Inc., the visionary force behind Cinch® and Cruel®, is seeking a driven and innovative Assistant Product and E-Commerce Manager to join our team at our Denver, Colorado office.
In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our seasonal product lines and overseeing all e-commerce functions and initiatives. You'll also provide objective analysis of retail and consumer sales and insights to the design, merchandising, and sales teams.

Salary Range: $55,000-$65,000
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Product Management
Assist in the development and execution of brand product strategy and plans for product lines
Interface with cross-functional teams to execute brand plans and objectives
Conduct product and market research through qualitative and quantitative avenues, such as event focus groups, territory travel, retail feedback, etc
Analyze sales data, manage pricing policies and positioning
Evaluate the competitive landscape, new brands, and products in the market
Track and record seasonal product bookings
Create seasonal assortment plans based on input from brand stakeholders (Sales, Retailers, Consumers, etc.)
Develop and produce product catalogs, ensuring accuracy of all copy, pricing, and product information
E-commerce
Set up, review, and audit products for e-commerce business
Recommend product markdowns and promotions
Report and analyze e-commerce sales and trends
Track sales promotions
Work with Graphic Design, Marketing, and IT on website graphics to ensure current photos, banners, and products are featured on all websites
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, advanced Excel skills a plus)
Demonstrate ability to turn strategic initiatives into work plans
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills with a high level of accuracy
Strategic thinker with the ability to solve problems, even when they are not fully defined
Excellent communication, organizational, and team skills
Ability to manage multiple projects at a time, make decisions, and solve problems
Solid experience working in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
Self-directed; independent worker
Knowledge of apparel, garment construction, and development cycle
Possess merchandising or retail background
Passion for the western culture and its values
Essential Requirements:
Must be able to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
Ability to travel occasionally, as required
