We are looking for a self-motivated Assistant Manager to join our team! As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting our senior management team with daily processes and activities.

Responsibilities and duties of an Assistant Manager

  • Assisting the general manager in the organization, planning, and execution of strategy
  • Day-to-day operations coordination
  • Ensure that company policies are followed
  • Establishing and organizing schedules
  • Creating and implementing goals to increase company productivity
  • Making certain that goals and objectives are met
  • Recruiting and interviewing new employees
  • Supervising, leading and motivating employees
  • Keeping track of customer and client satisfaction
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving problems
  • Assisting with inventory and supply acquisition
  • As needed, assist the general manager

Qualifications And Requirements For Assistant Manager

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a closely related field is preferred
  • Understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Outstanding multitasking abilities
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Excellent time management abilities Ability to work well under pressure
