Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Community Association Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support our experienced managers in providing top-notch service to our community associations. No specific prior experience is required, but a background in real estate, the service industry, or customer service would be beneficial. If you have a passion for serving customers and are eager to learn, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Administrative Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing a portfolio of community associations.
• Maintain accurate records and documents for each association.
• Attend meetings, take minutes, and prepare meeting agendas.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for community projects.
• Respond to homeowner inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Support your team of managers in various tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• No specific prior experience is required however real estate, service industry, or customer service background is beneficial.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the community association management field.
