Artist

The Artisan will provide an exceptional experience by inspiring customers through co creation! You will act as a Golden Goose ambassador, engaging with customers, promoting products and storytelling.

Responsibilities:

• Will utilize artistic abilities to deliver an experience focused on customer satisfaction.
• Guarantee proper brand storytelling with customers by understanding the Golden Goose brand and values.
• Communicate product knowledge and accurately describe the items and customization options.
• Anticipate and cater to customer needs with empathy and high level of customized customer service.
• Co-create special and unique items
• Proactively stay informed and up-to-date on product information.
• Strictly follow Golden Goose procedures, policies and guidance for all activities, including co-creation.
• Travel to Sneaker Maker Tour events, as needed.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail
• An artistic skillset
• Skillset needs to be elevated and demonstrate a level of craftsmanship
• Self-motivated with positive attitude and professional selling techniques
• Good customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong team player
• Other languages a plus
