We're seeking an Area Vice President of Janitorial Services to spearhead growth and operational excellence in our region. As the cornerstone of our team, you'll foster a culture of collaboration and success while ensuring our clients receive unparalleled service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the area, including sales, finance, HR, and customer service, with full P&L responsibility.
• Propel new sales initiatives within assigned markets, nurturing existing client relationships and introducing innovative services.
• Collaborate with senior team members to develop and execute strategic operational plans, driving measurable results.
• Mentor and empower a high-performing team through effective communication and coaching techniques.
• Forge strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to optimize business processes and drive growth.
• Provide guidance and motivation to branch managers and operational staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Cultivate lasting client relationships built on trust and mutual success.
  
  

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred.
• 10-12 years of progressive management experience, with a track record of P&L responsibility and margin growth.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and expertise in client relationship management.
• Strong business acumen and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experienced in managing a team and services in dispersed locations
