  • Position: Architectural Designer /AutoCAD Drafter
  • Type: Full Time Consultant with future Employment
  • Start Date: Immediately
  • Location: The Helmsley Building, 230 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10169 (next to GCT)
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Time: 8:30am-5:30pm (includes a lunch hour which is not paid time)
  • Pay: $20-$30/hour (Depending on work experience)
  • Responsibilities include:
  • Prepare 2d drawings using AutoCAD.
  • Prepare various reports.
  • Perform building façade inspections / attend job-site visits.
  • Prepare meeting minutes / field reports.
  • Help improve current office operations and procedures / workflow.
  • Effectively communicate with clients, contractors, vendors via calls and email.
  • Qualifications (must haves):
  • Bachelors in Architecture or equivalent education.
  • Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD
  • 1+ years experience in the architecture/engineering/construction (A/E/C) industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership qualities.
  • Extremely organized.
  • Task driven / results driven personality.
  • Qualifications (great to have):
  • Monday.com (for tracking project tasks).
  • Bluebeam
  • Field Wire
  • Adobe Indesign (will train)
