Responsibilities

  • Lead the endto-end management of the Amazon account for the brands ensuring that all product listings are optimized for search, conversion, and customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to develop sound financial plans and implement strategies to optimize sales and the brand/customer experience.
  • Implement A/B testing for product listings to identify the most effective content strategies.
  • Manage strategic sku planning and buy projections.
  • Develop strategic initiatives for analyzing and utilizing data driven insights to improve overall efficiency of sales and inventory.
  • Implement demand forecasting models to streamline inventory planning and reduce carrying costs.
  • Collaborate and help curate promotions, deal product assortments and campaign strategy.
  • Utilize expertise to help brands navigate a transition from 1P to 3P.
  • Collaborate with the Global Planning and Merchandising to manage inventory levels, forecasting, and replenishment to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
  • Closely work with and manage digital marketing agency.
  • Ensure that product listings are optimized for search visibility and conversion, including keyword optimization, compelling product titles, and engaging product descriptions.
  • Conduct regular analysis of competitors' product offerings, pricing strategies, and customer reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor and adjust advertising budgets to maximize ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, ECommerce or related field
  • Minimum 6 years of Amazon experience or similar experience
  • Can be a combination of employment at Amazon and running an Amazon business at a wholesale brand or equivalent experience.
  • Must have experience with both 1P (Vendor Central) and 3P (Seller Central).
  • Strong understanding of Amazon's Seller Central platform and ecommerce best practices
  • Must be able to demonstrate successful track record in Amazon management and/or Amazon sales growth.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000
