Duties And Responsibilities

  • Design and lead the AI/ML strategy and roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
  • Provide strategic guidance to executive leadership on AI/ML investments and opportunities
  • Drive the research, development, and deployment of AI models and algorithms to enhance our client’s products and services
  • Ownership of the full machine learning development cycle for AI features in our client projects and internal AI-based projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML capabilities into existing and new products and services
  • Quick Proof-of-Concept feature ownership around Machine Learning, Deep Learning including Computer Vision as well Natural Language Processing
  • Scoping and writing customer proposals and responding to RFPs
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all AI/ML initiatives
  • Working with other groups in Software Engineering and collaborating with the overall team in delivering value-driven AI features that are innovative, customer-driven, and deployable on our device
  • Train and mentor Software Engineering peers on AI and ML methodologies

  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, compliance, and developments


Contributions to the Work Environment:

  • Contributor will abide by Divelement's company policies and advise on areas for improvement to the People Operations team

  • Contributor will follow the published processes and playbooks pertaining to their area of expertise and share feedback on improvements


Skills & Requirements

  • At least 3 years of AI/ML/DL experience with proven contributions in a Senior or leadership role overseeing AI/ML projects and teams
  • Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and other AI technologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive successful implementation.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with DevOps practices


Technical

Must be skilled and experienced in the following coding languages and frameworks:

  • ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

  • DEEP LEARNING
  • TENSOR FLOW


Software Competency

This position will require the knowledge and experience or quick ramp in the following tools and services:

Total Compensation

We base our compensation on the following factors: location, experience, exposure, & skills. Divelement offers a remote-first work environment where autonomy and accountability go hand-in-hand. In addition to our compensation and work environment, we offer PTO, Holidays, and Medical benefits.
