Agile coach
Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze current workflows and identify areas for improvement through Agile practices.
- Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), and best practices.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to equip teams with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in an Agile environment.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and improvement by encouraging open communication, feedback, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment with Agile practices and company goals.
- Identify and remove roadblocks that hinder team progress and advocate for Agile adoption throughout the organization.
- Develop and maintain Agile documentation specific to the team's needs.
- Track and measure the success of Agile implementation through key metrics.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in an Agile environment.
- Proven experience coaching and mentoring Agile teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe preferred).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with individuals at all levels.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Passion for continuous learning and improvement.
- Experience with Agile project management tools a plus.
- Scrum Certification is must to have
