Responsibilities:
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze current workflows and identify areas for improvement through Agile practices.
  • Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), and best practices.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to equip teams with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in an Agile environment.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and improvement by encouraging open communication, feedback, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment with Agile practices and company goals.
  • Identify and remove roadblocks that hinder team progress and advocate for Agile adoption throughout the organization.
  • Develop and maintain Agile documentation specific to the team's needs.
  • Track and measure the success of Agile implementation through key metrics.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Proven experience coaching and mentoring Agile teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe preferred).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with individuals at all levels.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Passion for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools a plus.
  • Scrum Certification is must to have
