Adobe Experience Manager Product Lead

Digital Marketing / Content Management (CMS) solutions. Deliver Digital Marketing platform solutions with Adobe Experience Managing Consultant to act as the Product Manager on a client engagement/team.


Ability to develop technical solution on the Adobe Experience Manager platform including templates, components, workflows, services, etc. Familiarity with front end technologies such as Bootstrap, JQuery, Angular JS, React, etc. Familiarity with Maven builds, development operations automation through Jenkins, Apache configuration are nice to have.


The ideal candidates will possess the following:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, engineering, or prior experience in software development systems
  • 7 years of experience with AEM/CQ, other Java based CMSs
  • Strong experience in Adobe CQ5/AEM6.x Content Management (CMS)
  • Experience of creating OSGI bundles, AEM Templates/Components, Workflow
  • Identifying and documenting functional and technical requirements.
  • Identifying Non-Functional Requirements and recommending overall solution design
  • Creating solutions and presenting to customers
  • Good in Java/J2EE skills and OOPS with proficiency design patterns
  • Good understanding and work experience of Java Frameworks (like Struts, Spring etc.) and knowledge of CRX and Apache Sling.
  • Familiar with UML diagrams (Usecase, Class, Sequence, Activity, Deployment).
  • Should have experience in designing modules, templates and components.
  • Exposure to more than one end to end implementation on AEM.
  • Performance optimization and scalability in AEM.
  • Thorough understanding of AEM Security model with understanding of SSO.
  • Knowledge of various AEM components like MSM, Mobile, I18N, Tagging, Translation, Search etc.
  • Experience of Migrating content from legacy systems to AEM.
  • Integration of CMS with CRM, E-commerce or portals.
  • Preferred - AEM 6 Developer certification and Understanding of various Adobe Cloud Services which can be integrated with AEM

Compensation

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $100,000 - $250,000.


This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.


Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
