Our client, a global real estate investment firm with over $25 Billion in AUM, is looking for an Acquisitions Associate to join their team in LA.
Responsibilities:
Develop financial models (IRR analysis, waterfall structures, and discounted cash flows), manage due diligence, and source deals for a variety of asset classes
Present strategy and findings to upper management and board members
Develop and maintain strong external relationships to support deal flow and funding
Assist the Asset Management team with portfolio integration
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in real estate, finance or related field
3-6+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions
Proficient in Argus and Excel
