Your Responsibilities

In this role, you'll have the chance to make a significant impact in two key areas:

Client Delight - Building Strong Relationships

  • Provide exceptional accounting and operational services to our clients.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of professional accounting and bookkeeping practices.
  • Support the client onboarding process for assigned engagements, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Execute various accounting processes, including accounts payable/receivable management, bookkeeping entries, and monthly financial reporting and analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with your manager and team members to ensure timely and effective communication with clients.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client value and efficiency by recommending additional services or tools.

Team Delight - Fostering Collaboration

  • Participate in team meetings to ensure alignment and success.
  • Embrace new technologies to address client needs.
  • Welcome coaching and feedback to continuously improve and achieve team and client goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
  • 1+ years of transactional accounting experience using QuickBooks or NetSuite.
  • Experience in a multi-client environment is preferred.
  • Availability to work 20-30 hours per week during traditional business hours.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delighting clients and helping businesses succeed.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality with client data.
