Your Responsibilities
In this role, you'll have the chance to make a significant impact in two key areas:
Client Delight - Building Strong Relationships
Provide exceptional accounting and operational services to our clients.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of professional accounting and bookkeeping practices.
Support the client onboarding process for assigned engagements, ensuring a smooth transition.
Execute various accounting processes, including accounts payable/receivable management, bookkeeping entries, and monthly financial reporting and analysis.
Collaborate closely with your manager and team members to ensure timely and effective communication with clients.
Identify opportunities to enhance client value and efficiency by recommending additional services or tools.
Team Delight - Fostering Collaboration
Participate in team meetings to ensure alignment and success.
Embrace new technologies to address client needs.
Welcome coaching and feedback to continuously improve and achieve team and client goals.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
1+ years of transactional accounting experience using QuickBooks or NetSuite.
Experience in a multi-client environment is preferred.
Availability to work 20-30 hours per week during traditional business hours.
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delighting clients and helping businesses succeed.
Commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality with client data.
